About the project /
At Capgemini Invent I gained valuable experiences in the field of management consulting. As part of the customer transformation team, customer centricity, digital transformation, agile working methods as well as business modelling were some of my key words during the consulting time. International CRM strategy and rollout, digital retail concept development, customer care process optimization at premium OEMs as well as the German market establishment of Polestar are excerpts of projects in which I was acting as project- or stream lead.
