You will shape Limatica’s Data & ML strategy, turning raw, high-dimensional measurement data into actionable insights and robust product features. You will build both technology and team, with direct influence on our product, roadmap, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply advanced data analysis and machine learning techniques to optimize our measurement methods and extract high-value insights from complex datasets

  • Continuously improve our analysis algorithms and the overall measurement methodology to increase sensitivity, robustness, and efficiency

  • Lead data-driven development projects across the full lifecycle, from concept to industrial application

  • Build, mentor, and technically lead a high-performing Data Science & Analytics team, with perspective to full people management responsibility

  • Work closely with Engineering, Software, and Hardware teams to integrate data-driven decisions into the core product

  • Initiate, apply for, and lead joint R&D and publicly funded research projects with industrial partners and research institutions

  • Represent Limatica in customer, research, and innovation consortia

What We’re Looking For 🕵️‍♀️

We’re looking for a highly experienced and hungry Data Professional who brings the following:

  • Strong ownership mindset, proactivity, and the ambition to solve a deeply technical, industry-scale problem

  • Several years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or applied statistics, ideally in an industrial, physical, or measurement-heavy domain

  • Solid understanding of measurement data, signal processing, or physics-informed modeling

  • Proven ability to break a vision into working packages and clear milestones

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience with Python, modern ML frameworks, and data-intensive pipelines

  • Experience with industrial customer projects, R&D collaborations, and public funding applications

  • Bonus: First experiences with guiding and leading engineering teams
