About the Role

Who We Are 🌍

Limatica is a young and dynamic startup revolutionizing the battery diagnostics space. Our mission? Bring battery cell quality to the next level and drastically reduce scrap rates using our own proprietary measurement method. Instead of weeks of testing, our technology enables deep battery diagnostics within minutes.

After founding the company and developing our first prototype in 2023, we secured pilot partners, Pre-Seed funding, and built our first core team during 2024 and 2025. In 2026, we are entering the market and scaling — and we are looking for people who want to build technology, not just maintain it.

We’re not a company with rigid hierarchies or repetitive routines. At Limatica, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, close-knit team where ideas are heard, ownership is expected, and every day brings new technical challenges and learning opportunities. You won’t just work for us — you’ll grow with us.

What You’ll Do 🌟

As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with Bastian, our CEO, on a wide variety of strategic, operational, and business topics. You’ll gain a unique behind-the-scenes perspective of a growing deep-tech startup — from product and operations to partnerships and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities 🛠️

Strategy & Company Development

  • Contribute to strategic planning, annual goals, and KPI tracking, helping the leadership team align priorities and measure progress.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry insights to support strategic decision-making and product direction.

  • Support the development of product and pricing strategies together with the product teams.

Finance & Fundraising

  • Assist with financial planning and business analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

  • Support investor reporting, investor relations, and fundraising activities, and the preparation of materials and updates.

Business Development & Customers

  • Contribute to the development of partnership concepts, pilot projects, and new business models

  • Work on customer projects from the initial demo through evaluation and conversion, preparing strategy materials and presentations

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Support the development and improvement of internal processes as the company grows

  • Assist with operational topics across areas such as HR, accounting, and internal administration

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency across the organization
